Definition of Terms
We, us, our, Harris Design or Trafiq – Harris Design Studio Ltd (Registered Office at Artisans' House, 7 Queensbridge, Northampton, NN4 7BF. Company No. 06573019) trading as Trafiq Client – The person, organisation or business that enters into a contract with Trafiq. Contract – The formal agreement between the Client and Trafiq in respect to the Work or Project. Work – The subject matter of the contract between the Client and Trafiq. Hosting Environment – If the Work is a website then this is the hardware and software that make up the system on which the site physically resides. Release – The launch or publication of the Work. Specification – A list of conditions and deliverables to be included within the Work prior to Release. In the case of a website this may be conveyed visually by design documents. Estimate – An approximate cost provided to the Client prior to project commencement and based on information known at the time. This can be subject to change as further, more detailed information becomes apparent. Quote – A definitive and formal cost based on the features and functionality set out within the Specification. Licence – The permission granted to the Client to use the Work in accordance with Trafiq’s Terms & Conditions.

Third Parties
We can take no responsibility for services provided by third parties through us or otherwise. This includes but is not limited to external services such as those provided by Google or Twitter.
We will advise the Client of any necessary third party involvement as soon as it becomes apparent. If requested we will assist the Client in procuring any necessary accounts or service agreements with third parties. Unless agreed otherwise, any accounts or service agreements arranged are solely the responsibility of the Client
